To stop sharing your screen and disconnect the remote session, open the QuickSupport app and tap the X to the top right of the app.TeamViewer QuickSupport is very useful especially in corporate environments where professionals need to intervene to remotely for fix problems with your devices.When connected, the expert can view and control the mobile device.If you are not prompted to install the add-on, you can search for it in the Play store. The mobile device redirects to the Play store to install the Add-On for your device (for example Add-On: Samsung). When connected, the expert can only view your screen, they cannot control the mobile device. To initiate screen-sharing tap Start Broadcast.When the support expert initiates the Teamviewer connection, you are prompted to Allow remote support?.Make note of Your ID and provide it to the NETGEAR technical support expert. Upon launching the app, Your ID is presented.When the installation is complete, open the Teamviewer QuickSupport app.Alternatively, browse to TeamViewer Mobile Apps, select your mobile device Operating System, and then tap Download on the App/Play Store.
